Engineering & Telco is Reverse's department made up of Headhunters specialising in searching and selecting individuals with a technical background and relevant design skills, which are increasingly sought after by companies with structured R&D departments. 

The Telco sector has always been vitally important for the country's economy, but the market is facing growing challenges in this field, due to the technological evolution we are going through, such as the arrival of 5G and the roll-out plan for fibre optic. They are also supported by a Scout, who is responsible for assessing hard skills: this is a professional from outside Reverse, who plays a role similar to that of the candidate in their own company, but at a more senior level and with more experience of the selection process. The Scout works alongside us from when write the job description right through to the technical interview that they have with each candidate, and then puts together a report that our Headhunter presents to the client detailing their reasons and value assessments.
